I started this on my news feed four days ago but I thought it would be a fun thing to share with everyone.

I'm doing this in NZ measurements to make this fun for everyone!
I'm 167cm tall, currently weigh 78kgs and my goal weight is 59kgs. So I want to loose around 20kgs.
I;m loosing weigh because I used ti be thin and have gain all the weigh at university. I;m doing it for all the compliments I used to recieve, the confidence I had and the wardrobe of epic clothes I cant fit into!0 -

I've never been 'the skinny' one even though I am the smallest person in my family. After my second child, I just find of gave up trying to get back into shape. While at work a few years back, I did the Biggest Loser contest at work, lost 20 pounds and placed 3rd. Then went to nursing school and regained all the weight. So I want to lose weight to be a healthier mom and wife, for my busy lifestyle as a nurse and be able to enjoy life0 -

It changes a lot but my favourite healthy food at the moment are nectarines. I love the smell of them when they start to go over-ripe too.
My favourite healthy meal is greek salad. Big greek tomatoes, healthy greens and fetta cheese. mmmmmmmmmmmm.0 -

My favourite unhealthy drink is also my favourite healthy drink.. believe it or not. Orange juice. Good for you in moderation, but if I'm in binge mode I can easily go through 1 - 1 1/2 big cartons in one day. Sugar overload or what!0 -

I want to lose weight so that I can feel confident in (or out) of my clothes, and I REALLY want to be fit.

My dream body is curvy, but toned, with a small waist that flares into wider hips. I'm not from a culture that cares much about breast size, but I would love to have a nice butt :blushing:

I'm losing weight because I want to be more confident in myself, both in body and mind, and I know my weight is partly holding me back from that. I also want to be more healthy in general--eat mindfully and healthfully, and be fit and exercise much more frequently.
2. Describe your dream/goal body.
I'd like to have slim legs and arms, a flat tummy, smaller boobs and *kitten* in general. Much slimmer than I am now, a little muscled, but obviously not too much--only a little definition. Also, I want to have collarbones that show and sharper cheekbones. But that's just what I wish. I'm just aiming to be thinner and more muscled in general.

Wow, this is difficult. When I was 125 lbs, I didn't appreciate it and keep active. So, now that it will be a tremendous achievement to get down to 135-140, I will treat it much better. Just to get this excess weight off and relieve a lot of pain seems like a dream to me - so I'll just keep it that simple. I'm not into certain muscular looking goals, but I would like to be able to do 5 push-ups and pull-ups.0 -

lol. Seriously though, I decided to try for vegetarian, since there simply wasn't the right foods at home for anything else. By the end of the day, I ate ONE animal thing... and shrimp doesn't really count, does it? :bigsmile:

The last time I weighed myself (2 or 3 days ago) I was 195lbs however I don't have a scale at my house so I wont be weighing in for a little while. My plans for this week are simply eat less and move more and make sure I go for at least one walk a day even if it's just to town and back. Before I decided to lose weight I pretty much just sat on my butt all day, so any type of movement is gonna help.0 -

A chunky size 12 womens, I don’t have a goal body, I have a goal size. Since wearing a size 12 for me is in the 150 to 130 range, I'd still be big, even at the high end of the healthy BMI. I am willing to settle for an 18misses/juniors, about 180lbs and a little more toned then I am now, around about what I was at 16.0 -

I'm losing weight because I want to be healthy. My blood work is completely normal, and I'm not on the brink of diabetes or anything like that, but I want to be able to go for a run whenever I want to! I want to be able to go hiking or anything! I want to shop for normal clothes with my friends.0 -

To be honest, I HATE most vegetables. I can't stand onions, or brusselsprouts, or anything like that (although I recently discovered that I like broccoli ). This was always problematic, as I used to want to be a vegetarian :P0 -
