Protein 1st cereal, blueberries and easiyo Greek Yoghurt
2 small pieces of rye bread with a 1/4 avocado, vegemite and a sprinkling of pine nuts.
2. How much water do you drink per day?
Depends on the season to be honest - in the cooler months only 1.5 - 2.5L and in the warmer months anywhere between 2L and 3L. I have been known to have four litres if I've done a lot of exercise and it's hot.

Leftovers a lot of the time, but other days I'll have a wrap or a roll, veggies and some kind of protein, salad and some kind of protein. Sometimes I have my 'breakfast' food for lunch and my 'lunch' food for breakky.

I don't enjoy working out at the gym.

I don't track water. I drink a lot of herbal tea though (including green tea) and I'll generally have around 4 cups a day.
