50 minutes weights+chin ups,squats.30 minute Bike ride.
I have never been able to do chin ups or pull ups. Not even when I weighed only 155 pounds. Always failed that damn Presidential Physical Fitness Test in school. :explode:
Luckily pull ups weren't required for the USAF. Never would have made it in the other military branches.0 -

A little running and cycling and 45 mins of weight lifting
... maybe more cardio tonight...it's been an extra hungry day!

This morning, I did 32 minutes of strength training, then ran/walked for 40 minutes. Tonight, I will do 45 minutes of Zumba.0

Wednesdays are my long day... My husband leaves the house at 5 am to play hockey before work, so I get my son off to school. I start work at 8 am and then head off to my MBA class from 3-8 pm. Tonight I will be hitting the grocery store after school, so it will be about 14 hours from the time I left home this morning until I get back home!0 -

Small group training at the gym today. We do interval training and there are usually 3-6 of us and one trainer. I never know what we are doing until I get there but I always leave sweaty and exhausted!0

Ab lab which is 15 minutes of straight ab workouts non stop and Metabolic Effect for 30 minutes. Metabolic Effect is a mixture of Cardio and strength training in one!0
