    50 minutes weights+chin ups,squats.30 minute Bike ride.

    I have never been able to do chin ups or pull ups. Not even when I weighed only 155 pounds. Always failed that damn Presidential Physical Fitness Test in school. :explode:

    Luckily pull ups weren't required for the USAF. Never would have made it in the other military branches.

    I did xbox kinect boot camp and kickboxing for 30 mins and later tonight I plan on taking my dog for a 2 mile walk.

    2. Weight training from 2:30-3:00
    3. Dragon Boat training of two boats 5:00-7:00
    4. Tennis coaching session 7:30-8:30

    This morning, I did 32 minutes of strength training, then ran/walked for 40 minutes. Tonight, I will do 45 minutes of Zumba.

    "Rest" day. Wish I could get a workout in!

    Wednesdays are my long day... My husband leaves the house at 5 am to play hockey before work, so I get my son off to school. I start work at 8 am and then head off to my MBA class from 3-8 pm. Tonight I will be hitting the grocery store after school, so it will be about 14 hours from the time I left home this morning until I get back home!

    I know you wanted to know what exercise we are doing today but I am posting a rest day, as it is just as important as exercise.

    So today is the 3rd and final day of rest after my 1/2 marathon on Sunday
