50 minute sweat cycle class - Spinning Bikram style (in a heated studio) - this morning!0

Small group training at the gym today. We do interval training and there are usually 3-6 of us and one trainer. I never know what we are doing until I get there but I always leave sweaty and exhausted!0

Cutting my yard with a non self propelled push mower.... oh lordy I'm ready! lol and then an ab workout from the internetz too0

This morning I used the Arc Trainer at my gym and tonight when I get home, I'm going to go for a run since it's still nice outside at night and not the morning0

Ab lab which is 15 minutes of straight ab workouts non stop and Metabolic Effect for 30 minutes. Metabolic Effect is a mixture of Cardio and strength training in one!0

10 minutes running up and down 8 flights of stair, followed by 20 minutes crunches, lunges, squats, planks, pushup, most while using 5-8# weights.0

Well since I've found my Billy Blanks Boot Camp DVD that I thought was lost in the move, I've been doing a varietiy of these kickboxing techniques & for a lil' bit of weight I'll throw in Jillian Michaels 30 DS lvl 2. 5 days a week.0

Usual MWF stuff
5k run on treadmill (Fridays is elliptical day)
10k on bike
20 minutes on stair master (usually intervals)
1 hour on weights (various)
(Normally about two hours)
today only, since I had an appt. in the same building I had another half hour to kill so I did that at a walk.
Works for me but I'm glad when I'm done. LOL.0 -
19km bike ride to work and 19km ride home in a couple of hours.0

49 minutes of Zumba on the PS3, and I unlocked the Zumbathon!!! :bigsmile:0

Zumba Zumbathon on PS3 for 58 minutes and 447 calories. About to do my first walk/jog to start training for a 5K (TBD), so if you don't see me post again, call for help!0
