Not feeling the shred today, did the treadmill yesturday, so going to do a few circuits off of Jillian's No More Trouble Zones. Wish today was a weigh in day - weight was down 2 pounds - what are the chances I can hold onto that for Friday. Hope everyone is having a good day.0

Would also love to join if it's not too late. I declared last week that I need to do something after putting on all the weight I lost and slowly creeped back on and I think this will be a great motivator!!!!!

Having an alright week. Been sticking to my workout schedule - MWF - treadmill, TT - no more trouble zones. But have a killer headache today, not sure if it is part of this cold I am getting of if it from tense muscles in shoulders and neck from ab workout.0

I don't know about the weather where you live but I found out that when it's cold outside but there's still plenty of sunlight at the same time, it gives me killer headaches so it might be that for you? Idk. Anyway, congrats for having an active week! (I'm a bit jealous tbh, having the worst week so far ). Get better soon!0 -

I've gained a bit of weight since I started strength training again. I'm guessing it's muscle. So the weigh in tomorrow won't look so pretty. Lawl. But I lost a bit off my waist. XD0

Bit of a gain unfortunately
I've been sick all week so my cardio dropped to zero so I'm sure that had something to do with it...luckily I am feeling much better today finally and can get back to work!0 -
todays weight in 205.5 so + 0.5 that sucks but it's probably because of the meal I had last night. Hopefully next week will be better.
Also I need to get myself a more accurate scale. Mine goes in increments of 0.5.0 -

So i lost 3.5 pounds. TTOM has invaded my life and i'm hoping he moves out and so maybe i'll experience a loss of water weight. i'm glad to be doing this challenge. i've been down about not seeing pounds melt away and this puts it into perspective.

Trying to be realistic so I don't set myself up for failure here. We have a vacation in the islands coming up, Thanksgiving and Christmas. This gives me something to shoot for that I think is totally doable. I would love to go from a size 18 to a 14 by NY!! That would be totally awesome!
