    Needed Asparagus for dinner took a stroll to the store another 1.18 today. 17.25 total.

    Asparagus is one of the few foods that have negative calories. You burn more cals digesting them than you gain eating them.

  • Especially since I didn't start till the 10th of September, 90 miles might have been a little aggressive... But I am pushing myself and that's the whole point, right? Next wk I'm gonna bring it. I would love to make at least 50miles!! It's so inspiring to see all of your posts!

  • Walked 1 mile today. Not looking good on meeting my goal this month. Been working on our house.......replacing panels outside, making new porch and lots of painting. Also lots of mowing......4 and a half acres. Just plain tired when I get back inside. But trying to get at least half the goal completed!

    I'm sure if you would have worn a pedometer, you wouldn't be as far as you think you are! Don't you even worry about your MYA goal; sometimes, life goes in the way, and we do what we can. :wink:

    Maybe I could send you my horses to help you; they would mow your lawn in a day or two! :laugh: :laugh:
