10 minutes running up and down 8 flights of stair, followed by 20 minutes crunches, lunges, squats, planks, pushup, most while using 5-8# weights.0

Well since I've found my Billy Blanks Boot Camp DVD that I thought was lost in the move, I've been doing a varietiy of these kickboxing techniques & for a lil' bit of weight I'll throw in Jillian Michaels 30 DS lvl 2. 5 days a week.0

Usual MWF stuff
5k run on treadmill (Fridays is elliptical day)
10k on bike
20 minutes on stair master (usually intervals)
1 hour on weights (various)
(Normally about two hours)
today only, since I had an appt. in the same building I had another half hour to kill so I did that at a walk.
Works for me but I'm glad when I'm done. LOL.0 -
19km bike ride to work and 19km ride home in a couple of hours.0

49 minutes of Zumba on the PS3, and I unlocked the Zumbathon!!! :bigsmile:0

80 minute bike ride up and down hills. 47 minutes out (mostly up hill) and 33 minutes back. Even though I don't count calorie burn for exercise I love to see the HRM numbers just to see my HR for various exercises. My average HR for the ride was 132 and peak HR was 175.

I didn't die! My ipod did, though, so I don't know how long I jogged or walked for after the first 4 minutes. I walked for one minute, jogged for 2 1/2, but by then I was going uphill, so I started walking so I didn't wear myself out too early. That's when my ipod died. Total of 0:15:52.0

60 minutes of Body Pump followed by 60 minutes of Body Vive, and a 30 minute walk with the dog.0

I mowed for over an hour, weeded part of my garden, cultivated beans, picked beans, winterized my pool deck area and then walked 2 miles.0
