Any one reccomend a great crockpot recipe?

No Peek Casserole

2 pounds lean stew meat
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
4 ounce can of sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup red wine

Put everything into the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the meat is tender. The recipe as is yields six servings at 362 calories each - lower if you substitute 'healthy request' cream of mushroom soup. Serve over steamed white rice (not included in calorie calculation).

Also you can substitute beef broth, beef stock, or just plain water for the 1/2 cup of wine. The amount of wine is so small and the other flavors so strong that you won't really miss it. You really just need enough to ensure there's enough cooking liquid for the meat and to have a nice gravy.

12 Chicken Thighs
3 Tablespoons of Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
2 Cups of your favorite BBQ sauce

I always remove the skin from the chicken. One, it saves calories and two, it get soft and soggy. No bueno.
