    Fellow, Move Your @ssers, I took a day off today but Wednesday's and Thursday's workouts put me over the 60 mile mark.

    This is my first month participating in the Challenge, and this total reflects miles run, walked, cycled, cross trained, etc. I think that I will track running miles only next month since my primary fitness goal at this time is to run a 5K. Has anyone else here ever made adjustments to their calculations in this way? I'm curious to read what other people have done.

    I used to track only my running mileage, but I finally added walking 2-3 months ago (I think it's been 2-3 months!) with 2 different tickers at first; I get a lot of motivation out of it. But it's harder to keep track of my running mileage with only one ticker, so I started a running log this month. I will probably go back to only one ticker for running during the winter time - this is when I'm having my best runs.
    Bring on the snow, and the -20C!! I can't wait!

    And great job for totally crashing your goal!!

    Thanks for sounding off, speedyf! I'm thrilled to be on a fairly active schedule. I didn't know that I could feel this good. :)
