    Teaching a "learn to swim program" and I was in the water for 3.5 hours today! Ugh, waterlogged, cold and tried! I don't really know how to count the calories burned though.

    16 min walk/run. Just started last week. I was able to run 3 minutes straight, which I probably couldn't even do when I was a kid!

    one hour with a personal trainer then 105 minutes of TaeKwonDo. Burned 1537 calories today :)

    Edit: I did the TKD AFTER I stepped on a rusty nail and tetanus shot! *dedicated to losing this weight*

    Beer curls and walking lunges to the fridge to get more beer for my beer curls, lol.


    ok ok.....I weight trained and did some cardio. Not nearly as fun as the beer curls would have been but much better for me:)

    barbell lunges 2 sets 15 ea leg 50# barbell
    pushups 2 sets 15
    bodyweight side lunges 2 sets 15 ea leg
    arm swings 2 sets 15 ea arm

    Circuit 1
    dumbbell bench press 3 sets 15 reps 30# DB
    dumbbell shoulder press 3 sets 15 reps 15# DB
    bent over barbell row 3 sets 15 reps 40# BB
    standing bicep curls 3 sets 15 reps 15# DB

    Circuit 2
    Bodyweight bar dips 3 sets 15 reps
    Hanging leg raise 3 sets 15 reps
    Barbell Squat 3 sets 15 reps 60#
    Calf raises 3 sets 36 reps 30# (12 toes pointed forwrad, 12 toes pointed out 45 degrees, 12 toes pointed in 45 degrees)

  • Today was 60 minutes of P90x Kenpox and 50 minutes on my cardio-core elliptical (burned 1,288)
  • Saw this on FB and tried it today:
    10 Push ups
    20 Sit Ups
    25 Squats
    20 Lunges (10 on each leg)
    80 jumping jacks
    (repeat 3 times)

    I haven't been this sore in a long time...great workout!

    Today I did chest presses, some lat pulldowns, 45 minutes on the treadmill and 15 on the recumbent bike.

    Today is my day "Off" from running and weights, but I walked around the outlet mall for about an hour :). Tomorrow: New Rules of Lifting (workout #3) and probably going to run a few miles.
