Teaching a "learn to swim program" and I was in the water for 3.5 hours today! Ugh, waterlogged, cold and tried! I don't really know how to count the calories burned though.0

Today is my day "Off" from running and weights, but I walked around the outlet mall for about an hour . Tomorrow: New Rules of Lifting (workout #3) and probably going to run a few miles.0
