I do egg-white omelettes. You can do a huge one filled with veggies and even some cheese and still keep it under 300 calories. I cheat a little and buy cartons of egg whites from the store. If I had to take the time to separate them, I wouldn't do it! :-)0

Protein bar and yogurt
granola bar and yogurt0 -
I fry one egg mixed with 1tbs of green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms and onions. It makes a min omelette. I put that omelette in an English muffin and eat it with 1tbs of ketchup. Its just under 300 calories, is super filling and keeps me satisfied for hours. Its also a good way to sneak in some extra veggies.0

1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of break-free eggs (a.k.a, egg substitute) scrambled, with a whole wheat or multigrain sandwich thin with a tablespoon of nut butter.
You can look at my diary--this is routinely my lunch, rarely gets above 300 (even if I increases portions) and fills me up for HOURS.0 -

I have been loving overnight/refrigerator oatmeal, I make a different variation every morning, and am amazed at how long it keeps me full. Most of the recipes come in under or around 300 calories.
Here's a link to a bunch of recipes: http://www.theyummylife.com/Refrigerator_Oatmeal
This morning, I did the usual 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/3 cup almond mile and 1 1/2 tsp chia seeds and added 1 T of Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Peanut Butter from the Peanut Butter & Co (this stuff is DEADLY!) and a half a banana. Delicious!0 -

Toasted Ezekiel bread, hunk of avocado spread over the bread, splashes of sriracha (then I spread it out) two soft sunny side up eggs on top.
Delicious! Super easy. Ezekiel = 70 cals, avocado = 50ish, sriracha = 5ish, 2 eggs = 140ish.0 -
