This one is for the pasta lovers -- it is easy and good.
1 jar spaghetti sauce (I use Prego or Classico)
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 can full of water
1 package FROZEN ravioli any kind ( I use cheese)
seasoning to taste (I use italian seasoning)
Throw it all in the crockpot and cook on low 6 hours. If you like you can add mozzarella slices the last half hour, but I never do--I just sprinkle parmesian cheese before I eat.
So easy it ought to be against the law!0 -

Mock Prime Rib
Beef roast (recipe says rump roast, but I use whatever one I have)
Rub with 1 packet dry Italian seasoning mix
1 Can beef broth
1 can water
1 packet au jus mix
Add meat to broth mix, cook on low 6-8 hours.
I butter or spray w/ olive oil cooking spray, wheat hoagie buns, add garlic salt and a bit of shredded cheese then broil and serve as french dip sandwiches.
Have got to try!0 -

Chicken Tacos... the best I've ever had in a Crockpot.
Four breasts of Chicken
One jar Newman's Own Salsa of your choice
Sprinkling of Adobo Seasoning
3-4 hours on high!

Lentil Bean Dip:
Kidney Beans- 1 large can
black beans- 1 small can
tomato sauce- 1 large can
lentils- 1 small bag (dried)
Bulgur wheat -1/2 cup (not needed, just had it so I used it)
I put all this into the crock pot and threw in any spices that seemed good. We ended up eating this in tortillas and with tortilla chips and cheese, so chili powder, etc... would be good. I read after making this that the tomato sauce could keep the beans and lentils from getting soft so you might want to put it in after it's done cooking.
This cooked for 6-8 hours.
I used a soup mixer to blend and chop everything into a paste consistency.
Cant' wait to make it again! I'm sure you can freeze it. The kids and hubby liked this and they never like anything new!0 -
