How it works is easy........just weigh yourself, starting tomorrow or whatever day you regularly weigh yourself, no need to post it, unless you want, its completely up to you, just be honest with yourself.....Just remember, when you need a boost, we are here for you, when you're doing great we're here for you also..........just keep in touch so we can all give each other props when needed and the encouragement to keep it going!!0

I am in for sure! I have 3 weddings to attend this spring and one in Oct where I am in the bridal party! I am excited to get into this group and get some of the moral support! We can do this!!0

- Stop eating after 8pm
- Complete all my workouts
- Switch 1/2 my carb-full foods for veggies

Forgot to weigh in this morning! I will do it tomorrow, Tuesday's are my normal weigh day anyway
My goals:
Complete the 30 Day Slim Down (just got done with Day 5)
Continue to run, at least 15 miles a week
Be under calorie goal as often as I can (and as long as I workout it, it's doable)
drink lots and lots of water0 -
Okay, weighed in this morning....Ifeel pretty good considering that i really over did it the mexi resturant on Friday! That is over at least until i reach some of my goals. So no loss this week. Sticking at 182. LOL

I am definitely in!!!!! I want to break out of the 200's by the end of March, so I need to lose about 11-12 lbs by the end of March. My aunt will be moving back home from Texas the end of March and her birthday is April 4th... I haven't seen her in a year & she always looks so amazing, I'd like to look a little bit better then the last time I saw her!
I'm also starting the 30 day shred with a group on here today, so hopefully it doesn't make me tone/gain too much before dropping the pounds! Anyone who needs more support or motivation, feel free to add me as a friend!0
