NEW SHRED GROUP-WEEK 1

HELLO EVERYONE!!!

So tomorrow is THE day! I have gotten the impression that there are several ways to do this workout-some do each level for 30 days, some do each level for 10 days...I think I am going to do each level for 30 days, especially since I just recently started working out. If I find that it is too easy after 10 days, then I may change. Everyone should do what they are comfortable doing. This is by no means a competetition and we definiteyl dont want anybody over-working themselves unecessarily.

Here's to working our butts off for the next 30 days, sharing stories, progress and motivation! Cheers!!

    I'll be doing my workout at 5:15AM weekdays and between 8 & 9 on Saturdays. I usually take Sunday off as my free day. Good luck everyone.

    Your photolinks should be lowercase IMG , this was the only way I could get mine to post!

    I just got the dvds myself and am starting on Monday. I do not always make it to the gym so I think this will help me. Looking forward to staying motivated! I will get measured by a friend in the am and post them tomorrow.

    use this link but remove the spaces between the i m and g. they must be lowercase.

    i went to exercise tv and downloaded Jillian Michaels 30 day slim down schedule. I am going to try to go by that till it kicks my butt!

    Okay I am doing my pictures, weight, and measurements in the morning right before doing the workout! I am so excited!!! I'm pretty sure I figured out how to post the pictures so we'll see!

    I can't wait for these 30 days (or however long we each decide to do each level) to go by so we can look at all the before/after pics! YAYYYY
