    This is actually pretty good.

Crockpot Chicken with Black Beans and Cream Cheese

    Nutrition Info
    Calories: 347.3
    Fat: 2.8g
    Carbohydrates: 39.3g
    Protein: 42.9g

    Ingredients
4 Frozen boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1 can black beans, drained
    1 can corn, drained
1 -15 oz jar of your favorite salsa
4 oz fat free cream cheese

    Directions
Place all ingredients EXCEPT for cream cheese in the crockpot (yes, the chicken goes in FROZEN). Cook on high 4-5 hours.
Then, put the cream cheese on top, and leet sit for 1/2 hour. Serve!
Most people were serving over noodles or tortilla chips, or brown rice. One person made double and then used the leftovers as filling for a wrap. Yum!

I have 1 crockpot I think. It's a pressure cooker, slow cooker, browner, slowcooker combo. It's an 8 1/2 Qt size is that one? I reaally don't know I tried a beef roast but kept peeking. After about 6 hours it was still hard I thought, so I pressure cooked it the rest of the way. Great suggestions here on this thread I'd even buy one to make 'em. Thanks to you all cooks' time posting.

Use a cornish hen. I buy them and they're the perfect size for my husband and I for two-three meals.

Oops. Meant to quote someone who said they didn't have a big oven so couldn't use a whole chicken.

    CROCK POT ROAST

    1 roast
1 pkg. ranch salad dressing mix
1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
1 pkg. brown gravy mix (fat-free)
    1-1/2 cups water

Mix all the dry ingredients with the 1-1/2 cups water. Place roast in crock-pot. Pour the mixture over roast and cook on low overnight.
Once you do this recipe - you will never prepare any other way. The gravy it makes - is to die for.
