    I'm in, too. I have several busy days scheduled this week, so let's shoot for 180 minutes.

    Week # 1 -- October 29th -- Goal 180 minutes

    Mon: 25 min Ripped in 30 =25
    Tue: 25 min Ripped + 20 min treadmill jogging = 45
    Wed: volunteer at school
    Thur: shopping
    Fri: 25 min Ripped + 35 min treadmill walking + 30 min treadmill jogging = 90

    I'm back again! Month six and I'm still working on 3.8 pounds from August!! So, it's 3.8 pounds in five weeks.
    400 mins a week plus at least 10,000 steps a day. Five weeks...3.8 pounds...300,000 total steps...what fun!

    Total: 364! I did it! Since I double weekend workouts...I am going to up my goal to 500 minutes! I'm not sure I can do it, but if I walk for an hour each day and do my aerobics tomorrow night, then I should make it.
