What do you eat for breakfast?

I try to eat as little as possible during the day because I know that I tend to snack in the evening after dinner. When I do eat breakfast I have a little bit cereal, apart from on the rare occasion when my mum cooks me eggs and stuff
^ this is not such a good idea, you need the biggest part of your calories at the beginning of the day to keep your body energized so you dont crash. besides its not good to eat a lot before bed, sleeping on a full stomach will actually cause you to gain weight.
That's simply not true. I see that you recently joined MFP. Hang around long enough and you'll learn that alot of what you think you know about weight loss might simply be a myth.
I almost never eat breakfast and consume 70-80% of my daily calories within 2 hours of going to bed. <gasp>0 -
I'm doing low carb so I have fried eggs, bacon, and 1 slice of low carb bread with butter. Since the bread has 5 carbs, uterus only slice I get all day. Sometimes I have scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese. This is my biggest meal. I have a salad for lunch almost everyday.

It's a good plan, a lot of womb for flexibility.
Don't jump into this all at once though. Baby steps.
I'd like to apologize for my earlier behavior...
...it was very infantile.

I guess people aren't ovary interested in this particular diet.
Well, they should be.
The results of this diet are remarkably reproducible.
It's certainly better than some of these other ill-conceived diets.0 -

I've gone ahead and put the most incorrect information in this entire thread in bold. (and that includes the uterus jokes)

two egg whites and one whole egg scrambled with a pinch of cheese
3 strips of bacon (gwaltney makes a great low-fat variety, only 60 cals for the batch)
2 pieces of whole wheat low cal toast
1/2 cup of prepared oatmeal made with almond milk
a smidge less than 400 calories total
I need more carbs for breakfast though, maybe some fruit, I was just out the last few breakfasts.0 -

1 serving of cereal w/ 1/2 a serving of skim milk, 1 banana, 10 almonds and a protein shake w/ 1/2 serving of skim milk.0

Usually bacon and eggs... but I'm broke right now so it's been oatmeal with protein powder and coconut oil since that's all I got in the house lol.0
-
I used to eat oatmeal at work because it was more important to me to to get into the office earlier, now eating a good breakfast is more important. I usually eat 2 slices of turkey bacon, 3 scrambled egg whites and 1/2 2x protein greek yogurt. All the protein keeps me full and helps me snack less throughout the whole day. I take the time to eat at home and it helps keep me on track the rest of the day. I throw the bacon on first and do my hair/makeup get dressed while it cooks. Works out well for me and I am only about 15 minutes later at work in the morning.0

I usually eat 2 slices of turkey bacon,
turkey bacon is just wrong and the horrible person who invented it should be horse whipped severely0 -

Two eggs covered in hot sauce! Mmmm I prefer sriracha or something packed with haberno. I'm also in love with almond butter and will generally put it on anything.0

As of Monday, I'm back on healthy eating and regular exercise -- been rubbish in the last few weeks and can see/feel the difference. I'm good for lunch, dinner and snacks as I had a massive batch cooking session yesterday which will last me a fortnight! However, I'm stuck on breakfast.
I usually need wholegrains and protein to feel satisfied. I tend to eat breakfast in work and have access to a toaster and microwave.
Just not feeling inspired at the moment! On maintenance (1810 net cals but looking at 2000 with exercise) so can afford a few calories...I'm also a VEGGIE so NO MEAT!
Sprouted rye (or some other hearty grain bread) toast with Avocado on it or peanut butter.
or
lately I've been having scrambled egg on a tortilla with laughing cow cheese - I make this in the microwave at work.
Plus coffee & soymilk
cheap & easy ~0 -

I eat PROTEIN!!! Usually 2 eggs, a ground turkey pattie, or ground chicken pattie or 1/2 cup of roasted chicken meat. I usually have a veggies such as 1/2 cup cooked peas or beans. I top it off with 1 tbsp low sodium salsa! Sounds weird I am sure, but that is what keeps me going. Its about 300 - 350 calories. I make my own turkey/chicken patties and I freeze them. I roast up chicken and I freeze that also. So it is a quick and easy breakfast. I don't eat whole wheat or white grains, so I keep it protein and veggies!0
-
I have a small Source yogurt mixed with 1/3 cup of All Bran Buds or
! cup of shreddies or cheerios with 1 cup of low fat milk.
The fiber keeps yopu filled up a little longer.0 -
I have a shake with 25g (I think it's grams) or protein and 8 g of fiber. It's the only thing I have for breakfast, and I have it every single morning. Some people think that something like this is not sustainable, however; for me it is. I've always hated breakfast. My stomach is weak in the morning, eating before noon has always been very hard for me, so instead of forcing myself to eat food, I started doing the shakes. I love them, and I believe it's something I can do forever, because for me, it's either the shakes or nothing!0
-
I do a egg white spinach omlete with a tbsp part skim mozzarrella cheese, 2 turkey bacon, and a big glass of water. some days if I'm really hungry i have that protein shake instead of water.0

I haven't found my best breakfast yet, although today was nice, 5 almonds and a banana (my diary is open). I tried the cafeteria oatmeal yesterday, and yuck! Couldn't finish it. I really do want to try oatmeal in the morning, so next time I might try an instant oatmeal pack.0

GNC Lean 25 Shake with 8oz milk and 8oz water...pretty filling...and usually a banana or something like that...0
-
I had peanut butter cheerios0
