    Question 34. Do you normally take food to work?

    Yes! I work 12.5 hour days. I eat breakfast before I go (a small oj, natural yogurt, ground flax seeds and berries).
    At work I often have a healthy soup with oatcakes or ryvitas, sometimes maltloaf or more yogurt and berries, fruit etc. then my evening meal is something like risotto, tortellini, chilli. Anything vege and healthy.

    My work does provide our meals but it is rarely healthy and most staff claim they have put on a stone or two since joining so i have always avoided it.

    This looks kind fun ^_^ I'll do 2 questions since #1 is kinda boring

    1) 5'7' CW- 170 GW-150

    Losing weight to look good =D Build up some confidence!! oh and I guess that healthy thing too that everyone is so into :laugh:

    2) I would love to have firm tight thighs. I want muscular and shapely gams. Legs have always been my aesthetic weakness and I try to make all my weaknesses into strengths!! I want to be able to wear short shorts and skirts and look great in em =D Also want a nice round/firm booty! and with those bee stings on my lower back!! That'd be awesome -would love that. A muscular tummy. not necessary a 6 pack but some definition would please me. I def want a more refined hour glass shape, so I want a cinched in waist.

    wow i messed this one up! lol...but i was a veg for years and I dont eat things like eggs or many meats

    hmm...pineapples

    pizza...with pineapples lol...but the thin crust is much fewer cals and is actually a lot better

    Lean and mean. I'm not so the tiny and fragile type of woman. And I need to much muscles for being a dancer. Actually I mostly focus losing the 8kg extra fat, so my muscles get more visible.

    I would not say that I have an inspiration like a person I admire and want to look like or lose like.
    My inspiration is my family, because they always wanted me to be happy, healthy and lose weight.

    Well, I'm not keen on getting strong and muscular. My goal is to be a normal weight, a little toned... I would like to be that tiny and fragile kind of girl... but it wouldn't go with my body frame... So I'll take normal.

    the bmi of ugw is 18.7 so a lil bit under normal.

    67kg, it's the same I had before my break (and it's 1 day before Tom). So, I'm back after 3 days of really logging and checking what I eat, after 3 and 1/2 weeks of not taking so much care. I did not binge, but I wasn't so tough on sugar and carbs with myself in my holidays.

    I will just go on next week! And I'm looking forward to it!

    I failed this miserably... coffee with creamer, pizza... bad day... maybe I'll give it a try today.

    I drink around 3 liters sometimes wven 4 or 5, depending on how much a teach/dance/train. I drink mainly warm or hot water.

    Still 67.6 kg. I haven't loss anything this week. I plan on keep going with the same program. I have had 2 of these king of weeks in the last 3 months, but the week after I would lose more. I guess my body needs a break.

    My favorite unhealthy food would definitely be Mexican food... and of course when we go out to eat Mexican the margaritas that go with it.. I have found though the low fat enchiladas I make at home work as a good substitution.

    Not really. Or not the big ones... But I didn't have a relaxed and natural approach to eating neither since I'm 10 or 11. And I tend to emotional eating and bingeing.

    I don't actually measure it to often, but I drink more than 2 liters. Most day I will drink 7-8 cups of water only at work. I don't force myself. I just feel thirsty quite often.

    The doctor's at work have noticed and complimented me about it, but nothing stands out. Mainly co-workers are encouraging me to stop, to not become "skinny minnie".
