You can buy loose bran which can be added to soups and stews, mixed in to all sorts of things even sprinkled in to scrambled eggs etc. This may help in the bathroom department. :-0)

Love love love it, has been my standard breakfast for the last four months and I still can't get enough of it - it's like a deconstructed cheesecake for breakfast!

I'm doing low carb so I have fried eggs, bacon, and 1 slice of low carb bread with butter. Since the bread has 5 carbs, uterus only slice I get all day. Sometimes I have scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese. This is my biggest meal. I have a salad for lunch almost everyday.

uterus diet?

It's a good plan, a lot of womb for flexibility.

Don't jump into this all at once though. Baby steps.

I'd like to apologize for my earlier behavior...

    ...it was very infantile.

    <crickets>

I guess people aren't ovary interested in this particular diet.

    Well, they should be.

The results of this diet are remarkably reproducible.

It's certainly better than some of these other ill-conceived diets.

I don't want to belabor the point, but it's definitely worth considering.

    EGGsactly.

    SPERMAGEHRD! I LERV THERS THRERD!

Bumping this thread to induce more breakfast responses.

    Yeah, I know...I probably shouldn't push it...

This truly is my crowning achievement.

So when I awoke this morning, my kids were downstairs chanting, "fetus! fetus!"

Well, that's what I thought they were saying. Turns out they were just hungry and wanted to be fed.

"What is the most important thing for effective comedy?" My answer is that it's the delivery.

Ohhh... bacon or sausage or steak, grits with tons of butter, s&p, rye bread toasted and lots of eggs and cheese. Usually spinach and feta in a bunch of eggs.

As of Monday, I'm back on healthy eating and regular exercise -- been rubbish in the last few weeks and can see/feel the difference. I'm good for lunch, dinner and snacks as I had a massive batch cooking session yesterday which will last me a fortnight! However, I'm stuck on breakfast.

I usually need wholegrains and protein to feel satisfied. I tend to eat breakfast in work and have access to a toaster and microwave.

Just not feeling inspired at the moment! On maintenance (1810 net cals but looking at 2000 with exercise) so can afford a few calories...I'm also a VEGGIE so NO MEAT! :)

whole grain bagels with eggs or even morningstar sausage patties and they even make breakfast meals also!!

Tomorrow since I don't have work in the morning: 2 egg whites 1 whole egg omelet with black forest ham, green pepper and onion (a western omelet) on 2 slices on wheat toast. And tea.

I'm not a morning person so usually I when I get up early I just do a banana and cereal or peanut butter on toast or something fast. I don't like oatmeal or yogurt but those are good to have.

I usually "eat" breakfast in the car and don't have a lot of extra time in the morning, so I have been drinking the body by vi shakes in the morning in lieu of a protein shake. Someone gave me a back or I likely wouldn't spend that much money for protein, but I will say it is much easier to fix in the mornings and I stay full. Before that I was eating cereal and it didn't last a second before I was starving again. I just don't have time to fix eggs and all that jazz in the morning!

I found that cooking mini omelettes in a muffin tin ahead of time is easy morning breakfast to take to work. I use onions, mushrooms, green peppers (no meat). Add a slice of whole grain bread (lucky if you have access to toaster at work) and you are set.

ive been having Honey Nut Cheerios. One morning I made a burrito (diced ham/egg) and I have also had a bagel (no butter or jelly). I need to switch to oatmeal or a different cereal. Im not a big breakfast eater.
