First: I would like to thank morbidbones for posting this.

Second: how do I block all these “perfect” people. I DON’T eat perfect food all the time so I don't think I fit in with them.

I need a diet coke and a chocolate bar after reading all this stuff.

thanks for showing up and insulting people who dont like low calorie food and didnt say a single negative word to you. *applause* youre doing it right!

    ^^^

And, to answer your question, there's an arrow next to everyone's screen name....click it and click "Ignore User". Buh bye now.

I don’t understand your post completely. I never named names so exactly what people did I insult? I never said anything about "people who dont like low calorie food" so this part confused me.

  • Number 9 isn't just bad because it's obvious, it shouldn't be on the list. Yes, it's low calorie and has no sugar - but the chemical sweeteners used in diet drinks are considerable worse for you than those with sugar in. I'm not saying that you should be drinking fizzy drinks full of sugar either, but really - don't drink the diet stuff!

I think I'll stick with eating real foods like meat, fruits, and veggies and eating richer foods like pasta and sweets in moderation. Half that list is processed and terrible maybe you'll lose some weight, but come on!

Sugar free ketchup. Only 5 cals a TBSP.

Also Kernals popcorn seasoning. I put it on everything. White Cheddar, Butter, and Ranch are my favorites.

And of course hot sauce. Been on a Tabasco Chipotle kick lately.

Milk Alternative: Good Karma Unsweetened Flax Milk is 25 calories per cup

Nescafe with So Delicious Coconut Creamer Original (10 cal per tbsp) or Hazelnut/Vanilla (20cal per tbsp): Makes for a 40 cal-70 cal iced coffee. Or maybe you can use 1/4 cup of the Flax Milk that will be only 5 calories and you can add a sweetener.

It's fun to find low cal substitutes, but I've found myself having to add back in higher calorically dense foods to meet my fat macro. I wasn\t getting enough fat will all the low cal stuff and my body did not like it. Made me very tired.

That said, one of my favourites is low cal vanilla pudding- just 60 cals
