From the beginning of September. I hadn't seen difference before i took photos. I haven't seen my family from summer holiday and I really want to surprise them at Christmas:)0

Thank you:) Great to hear it from someone else. I am still not perfectly happy but I'm working on it. Biggest achievement for me is running constantly 1.5 hour. Before I join this website I could hardly run 2 minutes.0

I've posted my progress pictures before but my daughter snapped these pictures of me today, and I was so excited because I can finally fit into this outfit that was hiding in the back of my closet.
On the right, 105lbs lost and 50lbs to go until I reach my goal (Yay! 2/3 way there) and on the left weighing in at 270lbs (my highest was 280lbs).

Absolutely amazing! What sort of exercise did you do? I would love to get results like you did. I am currently doing mainly calories with a little exercise, but I can't ever decide what sort of exercise to stick with. It's just a modge-podge right now.0 -

Thanks, guys! I started out just walking and went from being sedentary to getting an active job. Then, I started doing Jillian Michaels dvd's (30DS, RI30, & 6W6P), completed the C25K running program, and trained for a half marathon.0 -

Before: Pic 1: Summer 2009 at 69kgs (150ish lbs)/ Pic 2: January 2010 at 77kg (170 lbs.)
After: December 8, 2012 at 56 kg (123 lbs.) Lost 55 lbs. and gained 8 lbs. of muscle after 10 months0 -
