During/Not done yet!
Last week:
I had lost about 90 lbs then gained 45 with my daughter two years ago and have lost that plus a little more. I also developed hypothyroid and adrenal issues after having her. I was most likely undiagnosed for about a year before having her as well. I maintained but losing anything was HARD! I was dx last year and luckily it has helped some, but I have to be very careful. Would like to lose about 20 more lbs.
WOW!! have pm'd you but will say it again, well done, you look amazing and have clearly worked very hard!!! good for you x0 -
Here are mine. I'm going on 510 days on MFP!

Great work!!!!0 -
215 lbs. - after injury - no cardio, no heavy weights
205lbs. - 6 months of rehab, limited weight regimen.
192lbs. - After a year of training, and going back to compound lifts (7 months on MFP)
185lbs. - taken 12/6/12 - putting on some weight on the compound lifts
My original goal was to go back to pre-injury weight of 195lbs.
Great job getting back to your goal; especially after an injury!0 -

Guscles that's an absolutely inspiring transformation well done!! How long did it take you and what the biggest thing you've learned which you can pass to us? I'm a 5ft lady 158lbs up and down0

You seemed like you got yourself streamlined but wasn't particularly overweight. Well done the transformation is still very noticesble. How did you do this and how long did it take you? What bf are you before and after?0 -
I lifted heavy, upped my protein and ate at maintenance calories. I was never really overweight but was doughy/skinny fat. My body fat was about 23%, now 19%. It took just under 4 months
I'm now aiming for about 17% and to gain a few kg of muscle.0 -

Here is my before and during.. Still have 30ish more pounds to lose.. start 195+ current 150..weight loss time frame 14months.. 38 years old
I want to look like this!!!0 -
Don't know if you can tell much of anything. I'm not a weight lifter..I do use some lighter weights to do arm routines ( I have that built in mom air bag thing on my arms)
at 50 years old I decided enough was enough (even though I've always thought I was pretty ok looking) -- I knew I wasn't healthy. Now I exercise on a regular basis including some JM (when I can tolerate her) , cardio blast, zumba class once a week, belly dancing once a week, walking etc. The picture shows 30 lbs lost and a little bit of toning. AND knee high boots and skinny jeans that I really thought I would never ever be able to wear.

you all are an inspiration for sure. I'm hoping to get before pics up soon. Just started and want to drop about 50lbs.
