Hey everyone!! I so enjoy the community on here and the help I have received along the way!!

I started at 417 pounds and I could barely walk. Now I'm loving Crossfit and I still head up to Planet Fitness to hit the treadmill and work on running. That is my new thing now and while I'm just a beginner I know like everything else I will get there.

No matter how many times you fall, just keep getting up. Don't give up! Don't quit. You may stumble and screw up but it doesn't matter. As long as you're still breathing, there is still time to try again!

I haven't figured out how to get these images and my youtube video to come up. I am working on it! Apparently I can lose 200 pounds but I can't figure out how to embed a picture ROFL

    Congratulations. Your story is very inspiring. I'm 300 lbs + so its always good to see people in my weight range be successful. I agree that as long as we are still breathing there is time to keep trying. Loved your website.

    amazing progress!! Hopefully you will love running!! I recently found out I loved it, and trained for my first half marathon for a few months - and then completed my first half on 11/10/12 -- and then did another on 12/9/12!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it! :) good luck!!
