just weighed myself this morning ( 28th December), first time in a month, ive put 2.5 lb on which is amazing as ive socialised, ate, drank, went overboard on Christmas day, thought it would be 7lb! i was poorly boxing day so didnt eat as much as usual. Been on MFP 60 days now and i think i cant tolerate the huge amounts of food or the high fat content anymore hence a poorly tummy after Christmas. How much has everyone else put on? .... or lost?

I don't weigh myself until tomorrow evening. I think I have gained about 2 pounds though. x0
-
i've lost 2.8lbs despite eating what i wanted i controlled portion size and exercised where i could despite being confined to my house0
-
8ibs. annoyed with myself however the "its christmas" excuse kept coming up. It took a lot to shift that, hopefully it will be easier to lose again0

I have pigged out completely for the past week - I'm not planning on weighing myself until the after new year (don't want to upset my self haha!!) But from today, I am back on the wagon, so hopefully by the time I do weigh in, it won't be too bad! Worse case scenario, I will have put on 7lb.0

My weigh in day is Monday. I'm hoping to be the same as I was last Monday... fingers crossed!0

I gained 2lb's but had no exercise and plenty of hot toddies as I have been down with a heavy cold. I ate more than normal as I was comfort eating. Today I am back to my routine apart from the race walking as it is horrible weather and my energy levels are not what they should be. Hopefully the 2lb wont take long to get rid of and more besides.:ohwell:0

I've gained about a pound which is really good! I was expecting much more. I think it helped that I was at the bf's for christmas and they don't drink as much as my family ie only a couple of glasses of wine rather than wine, vodka, brandy etc etc0

I put on around 4lbs but I'm alright with it because I wasn't well either so couldn't really exercise. Once I fully recover I will lose that and then some in an instant.0

Nothing, I've mainted.
Not exercising until after the New Year as it will give time for my body to adjust to the clean eating I am doing now and I can devise an exercise routine/plan to implement - too hectic just now and not enough time.
Hoping when I start exercising my body will get a right kick up the bum and start losing again!0 -
Over Christmas to now? None. I've actually lost 1.2 lb since Monday. However I'm up 3.8 lb since Dec 1st, and there was no parties/big meals from the 1st to 24th, I was just eating rubbish. So... depends on your perspective as to whether I'm up or down.0

Weighed when I arrived at parents' house on morning of 22nd. Weighed this morning as I'm going home. Zero change.
I'm putting it down to the bike ride on xmas morning and only eating when actually hungry. Easier than tracking and trusted in everything I'd learnt that I wouldn't go totally overboard.
I'm also down in December. But I didn't really do any Xmas partying. Because I'm a scrooge.0 -
Still weigh the exact same.
Right down to the .1 kg.
Don't know how that happened.0 -
i gained 7 lb i not to worried been enjoying the festivities for 2 weeks as i had a festive holiday befor xmas back to it again now0

Phew only gained 0.5lb between last Friday's and today's weigh in! ... most days I was above my planned TDEE deficit but below my TDEE... except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day when I soared over those numbers like a ful-bellied eagle!
Then back to normal yesterday - bringing back soup for lunchtime... made a MASSIVE difference!
Grocery shop done for next two weeks - and now back to my routine!0 -
Weighed in this morning and my weight stays the same but the mirror tells me that I have a muffin top when I tried on a pair of jeans that I last worn a week ago and that my abs have disappeared :sad:0

I have managed to maintain. I only went over on Christmas Day and on other days I just fitted the goodies I wanted into my diary. My macros numbers were all over the place though and I haven;t been able to exercise every day as normal, so really pleased.
I have found that my tastes have changed and the usual chocolate desire is not there any more. When I was preparing the Christmas lunch I suddenly realised I was salivating over the main meal rather than the Christmas pudding and actually ended up not having the pudding and had yoghurt instead. Well 'chuffed' with myself.0 -
I've gained 4lb after eating what I wanted and not exercising for the past week.! Really annoyed at myself, but it's my own fault for dragging out the christmas excuse. Back on the wagon today though!0

Bump for later, after I've weighed myself.0

I gained 1kg and I already lost it again doing a fasting day. So everything is fine! Yeah.0

Lost around 3lb. Just watched what I ate, only had one serving of Christmas dinner, small pudding, a healthy(ish) snack for tea. Same on Boxing day.
I'm actually up 1/4lb from yesterdays weight but I let it go a bit yesterday, and I haven't been exercising either. Back to eating normal from today and I'll probably go back to the walking on Monday unless I start putting weight back on.0 -

I gained 4 over the past 2 weeks of being home for the holidays. I'm okay with it because I know it's a result of my indulgences. I still feel good about the fact that I kept going to the gym and working out over the past 2 weeks so I know it will be easy to keep up my gym routine when we head home today and those 4 lbs will be gone soon!0
