Wonderful topic. It is a nice way to reflect. I lost 3.3 pounds the week of Christmas. I logged everyday and had small portions. I have lost almost 10 pounds in the month of December. It has been challenging but worth it. I appreciate all the support.
Great job! wow, that is success.0 -
I lost 6 lbs0

I was up 5lbs with tom and christmas but now I'm just 2lbs up and I think that will change when tom is gone.0

between Thanksgiving and today
up 4 pounds
But I was at 114 and I really did not want to be that low,
my goal is to wear size 4, be about 1170 -
Gained 3 kilos. Not all that sure how. I didn't eat a lot, but I DID drink a lot of creamy frappe's (my son bought me a blender for Xmas lol). But having no thyroid it's VERY easy to gain. I'm back on track now and plan on getting rid of it plus a whole lot more in time. No worries mate0

i've not gained or lost anything. I'm the exact same. Mind you I haven't over eaten at all, and even though i've had a couple more chocolates over christmas than I usually eat (which is none now pretty much) I've just made sure to still get my exercise in! so i'm pretty happy considering I've eaten some nice stuff!
I'm going for dim sum tomorrow though...at 10:30am! UGH! so am leaving some uneaten calories etc today to make extra room for tomorrow! LOL though I think dim sum is pretty okay/healthy/not too bad for you??? most of it is rice and seafood related...0 -
I did that crazy 3 day Military Diet righ before Christmas (don't recommend it I was experiementing) and dropped 5...day after Christmas I was up 7 but within a few days went back down 5 technically 2 but I'll call it a draw.since I probably would have gained some of that 5 back anyway...Holidays aren't quite over yet so hoping to not gain anything in the next couple days0

just weighed myself this morning ( 28th December), first time in a month, ive put 2.5 lb on which is amazing as ive socialised, ate, drank, went overboard on Christmas day, thought it would be 7lb! i was poorly boxing day so didnt eat as much as usual. Been on MFP 60 days now and i think i cant tolerate the huge amounts of food or the high fat content anymore hence a poorly tummy after Christmas. How much has everyone else put on? .... or lost?
I lost 5.4lbs0 -
It's been quite a challenge since Halloween. I was at 176 at the beginning of December, and got the stomach flu and in bed for about a day and half. It really took a toll on my body, lost some endurance and 3 pounds. :-\
Took me about a week and half to get full energy back. Didn't gain the weight back and noticed I lost a pound after Christmas parties and Christmas day lunch/dinner. Still exercising, but finding hard to get out before sunset. Wish daylight saving would come back already. LOL0 -
Between thanksgiving~Christmas 4lbs:I0

I've actually lost weight which is odd since I have been doing nothing but eating!0
-
I ate whatever I wanted, however much I wanted the last MONTH - with little to no exercise.
I lost .5 inch off of my chest, did not lose any weight or gain any weight pretty much maintained.0 -
I gained 900gms (1.9lbs) and have already lost 500gms (1.1lbs). Really stoked with that to be honest!!!!0
-
2 lbs -_- definitely getting rid of them ASAP after new yrs lol0
-
Depends. We got a new scale for Christmas...it weighs everything 2 lbs less than the old one... so according to it I have maintained within a few oz more or less....too bad I can't get away with that! My old scale says I've gained a little over 2lbs..
Luckily, i'll be able to lose those 2lbs quickly enough... especially since I use my new scale now!! lol...
My goal was to maintain, I've learned from this that I obviously still need to track everything I eat to prevent gaining.0 -
I've gained back 6 pounds since Thanksgiving. I am honestly not surprised and I thought it was going to be more. At least I haven't crawled back over the 200 pound mark! This is day 2 of getting back to it and I am struggling to get my santa-sized portions under control!0

10 pounds....Ugh...0
-
I lost 1.6 pounds.0
-
Gained 1lb but according to scales I've decreased fat and increased muscle!0
