    What is your fitness resolution for 2013? I am hoping to hit my fitness goal of 142 before the start of the bathing suit season and than reaccess where I need to tone up/ loose weight. I hope to continue going to the gym 4 plus times a week.

    To be honest, these are my LAST 5 lbs, and they come off SUPER slow. I would be happy to lose 3 of them in a month! LOL

    Just for fun: My fitness resolution for 2013 is to take 4 million steps, as recorded by my fitibit. That's a little under 11,000 steps a day.

    My New Years Resolution is to go to a Yoga studio 1x per week and work out at least 30 minutes 3 x per week. A healthier heart is on the horizon.
