 My fitness resolution is to embrace my new hobby - learning to figure skate, and use it to help with my weight loss, along with other exercise like swimming, when I have time.0

            I can't weigh in today, but I am now completely back on track with my eating - all the Christmas goodies have gone.
 I have finally decided on my fitness resolution - to run the 10 mile Great South Run in less than 2 hours (at the fifth attempt)...and to also weigh the same or less than I do now on 31/12/13.0

 My goal for January is to be able to run a 5k...I know it's not much but I have never been able to run so the fact that I can almost do a mile is such a big deal for me....so a 5k would be awesome!!
