Hello group!! Count me in. I want to lost 4.5 pounds in January. I have been on an awful plateau due to not really being able to concentrate. No more excuses!!!

I goal weight to get to is 150. I was down to 178 in July of last year. I have let myself gain this 9 pounds!!! Arrrgghh.

Hi, I'm new here and have resigned from the "facebook" challenges, too public for me! Have allowed 30 pounds to pile back on during last year, and am currently in the process of moving from the west, to New England. STRESS POUNDAGE!

Goal is 148, and half marathon in the fall.
The next 2 weeks are going to be nutso, with late holiday gatherings, packing, driving 3300 miles to destination, then sending my hubby back home to finalize our move. We're fulfilling a dream, but it's coming at a huge cost.0 -
Hey Group! I've only lost 10 pounds in the last 3 months- thankfully I'm down 10 and not up 10 but I'd like to squeak out a few more lbs/month.. Maybe I need some motivation!!!

I would like to get healthier this year. My oldest daughter was diagnosed with PKD and she needs a kidney. I need to lose weight and get my blood pressure lower in order to help her. I need motivation. I lost weight before but let it slowly slip back on. this time I need to take i off for good. This is a lifestyle change for me and my family.0 -
I'm in.. I was pretty successful on MFP in 2011, but 'fell off the fitness wagon'. Gained more back than I care to admit, but it is time to own it and start from scratch. Although I am hoping to lose much more than 5 pounds in January, I need to stay accountable.

Break this freaking plateau. I've been flexing between 175-178 for 3 MONTHS. Also, get my *kitten* in the gym more. Just found a circuit routine that I'm in love with, so hopefully that will keep me going. Goal is to go 5x/week. Also, to run a 5k in 30minutes.0
