    My fitness resolution is to embrace my new hobby - learning to figure skate, and use it to help with my weight loss, along with other exercise like swimming, when I have time.

    I can't weigh in today, but I am now completely back on track with my eating - all the Christmas goodies have gone.

    I have finally decided on my fitness resolution - to run the 10 mile Great South Run in less than 2 hours (at the fifth attempt)...and to also weigh the same or less than I do now on 31/12/13.

    Fitness resolution for 2013: Lose a pound a week average- 50 lbs this year! Immediate goal is food-related, tracking everything. I like to exercise too but food is my weak area. @retrosnowflake- the shred is INTENSE, get it get it!!!

    Those scale gremlins can be downright nasty! It is not nice of them to play with you like this for New Years day.

    My goal for January is to be able to run a 5k...I know it's not much but I have never been able to run so the fact that I can almost do a mile is such a big deal for me....so a 5k would be awesome!!


    I gained two pounds over the Holiday..ugh. I'm definitely in!! :) Happy New Year everyone!

    Hello group!! Count me in. I want to lost 4.5 pounds in January. I have been on an awful plateau due to not really being able to concentrate. No more excuses!!!

    I goal weight to get to is 150. I was down to 178 in July of last year. I have let myself gain this 9 pounds!!! Arrrgghh.
