    Just for fun: What is your fitness resolution for 2013?

    Keep to my workout schedule! I seem to go through phases where I'm doing great, everything is all lined out and I don't have to think about what I need to do tomorrow...and then I don't know what happens.

    Just for fun: What is your fitness resolution for 2013? My fitness resolution for 2013 is to just stay on track and active. I seem to fall off the wagon a lot and this year I would like to stay on.

    am so in ~ was doing so well till i broke my elbow ~ 5 weeks off work feeling sorry for myself and then xmas have undone all the hard work ~ currently weigh 207 and want to get to 182 and then 178 .

    NYR ~ to become more active ~ 30 mins walking at least every day and must get back to Pilates before i cease up completely

    Count me in! I won't be able to weigh myself until tomorrow, though (when my new scale arrives from Amazon, yeah!) I will update my starting weight (SW) tomorrow.
