Just for fun: What is your fitness resolution for 2013?
Break this freaking plateau. I've been flexing between 175-178 for 3 MONTHS. Also, get my *kitten* in the gym more. Just found a circuit routine that I'm in love with, so hopefully that will keep me going. Goal is to go 5x/week. Also, to run a 5k in 30minutes.
i've been in the same weight for the past 3 months also, so frustrating!

Just for fun: What is your fitness resolution for 2013? Started eating healthier in 2010 when my son was 9 months old and I was over 200 pounds for the first time in my life. I lost baby weight plus some and have struggled to maintain over the years. My goal is to finally lose those last 10 or so pounds and be able to keep it off.0 -

Had a horrible 2012- basically got discouraged in March and never got back on track! I am in, and I think 5lbs in Jan. is totally doable for me!!!!! I am excited to get started!!!

Had 15lbs off this summer - and have gained the most of it back. Very disheartening. so - back into fitness and health. Also want 2013 to be more about me - in terms of MY fitness and health. No one can do it for me.... I have to do it myself.
Hot spot vacation the end of the month - to lose the 5lbs - would get rid of the Christmas gain - would actually like to lose 5 more....

My goal for 2013 is to get to the gym at least 3x/week, to do at least 10,000 steps daily (just bought a pedometer), and to listen, really listen to my body.

I'm in. I did pretty well for the Christmas Challenge but did not get all the way down to 200. I should bust out 5 lbs this month and hoping for 10. I've been working a contract out of state for the past year and my wife and kids are home in TX. I went home last week and only gained 1.5 lbs. I was prepared for a 3-4 lb increase with Christmas eating and no workouts; so I'm very happy with my eating discipline.
