I forgot to add my goal. I showed my kids my BDUs and Dress Greens from my Army stint back in the mid 80s. A co-worker and I have a challenge that we will wear our Dress Uniform on Memorial Day. I have to get in the 170s to be able to wear them correctly and look sharp. My friend has to gain some weight to fit in his AF Dress Blues.0

Just for fun: What is your fitness resolution for 2013? - I started calorie counting last year and in April I was down to 198 lbs. I maintained that through the summer, but in the Fall I started to gain. My goal is to make lifestyle changes and stop my weight from yo-yoing. My first major milestone is that I'm 17 lbs from no longer being obese...If I get there, I think I might cry. I can't wait!0 -
I'm declaring a new starting set of stats today.

(Today's weight is higher than usual because of celebrations last night. I'd guess I'm really at about 151).
My weight loss goal for the year: I am only about 15 pounds over my ideal weight. I spent most of last year sick from one serious thing or another, and since I couldn't work out as much/as intensely, my weight crept up. This, along with a lot of what I had to deal with last year, has given me some pretty serious anxiety.
My mantra is that losing 10 pounds will cure my anxiety issues. It will get rid of the weight that's bothering me, and likely the passage of time to get there will also help. Knocking half of it out in January would be awesome.0 -

this is my biggest problem!!!!!!! i am yo-yoing at least 6 years..first i quit smoke and i gained 20lps then i lost then, after i got pregnant i gained 45lps then i lost some i gained some loose some gained some..al the the time!!! i am sick of it!!! i want to became thin again!!!!0 -
