My goal this year is to reach 165 lbs by June 1. At that time I will reevaluate and decide if I need to lose more. I have been doing very well on my exercise program and so I will continue with that. I also have the goal of running 1 mile then training to participate in a 5k.0 -

GOALS: My work is doing a 15/15/5, increase PT by 15 PTs, lose 15 lbs, or 5% body fat. I want to win that in March. This summer, I want to be smoking hot in a bikini.
