I am a cycle instructor and taught the cycle class the cycle class. Then I ran 45 mins on the treadmill. I am beat lol0

Just an hour out with the dogs....after huge NY lunch of venison roast etc, etc etc.....not been exercising as much as I should recently and my weight is back - but it's NY day so my resolution starts tomorrow....
Regime starts tomorrow - got Just Dance and Davina Intense to grapple with x0 -
Decided to restart my Jillian Michaels dvds from the start so level 1 of the 30DS plus 15 mins ststsionary bike BUT the big news is that hubby joined me!0

ran on the treadmill for 60 min. felt great to start off the new year this way0

Walked 3 Miles at Work (50 minutes)
Did Weight/Strength Workout @ The Gym (35 minutes)
:happy: Did Treadmill for 3.10 Mile (45 minutes)
:drinker: Planning Short Walks outside this afternoon to Total another 3 Miles/50 Minutes
........:sad: It is 28 degrees with 80% Humidity & 13 mph Wind which is why they will be SHORT Walks!!!!
:happy: I don't usually do that many Minutes/Miles but I have Extra Time today, and I want to do it just because I am "Able". Three Years go on New Year's Day I doubt I could have completed a Single One of those Exercises, much less accomplished other things like Housework and Laundry also.0 -

20 minutes on a stepmill
20 minutes elliptical
20 minutes bike
finished up with abs0 -
60 minutes on the treadmill / 3.5 speed 4% incline.0

Did my first ever Insanity workout - Plyometric Cardio Circuit. It was pure hell but I felt awesome after!0

My gym is closed today, but I went for a 6 mile walk so I could burn some calories today! Back at the gym tomorrow, full steam ahead0

I snowshoed for 40 minutes and also did a non snowshoe walk(20 min)0

30 mins on the stationary bike, 6 min hard intervals, 1 min lighter, 8.9 miles. Then full upper body weights. Might go back to the gym with my brother later and do another 30 mins of cardio to offset my new year's eve splurge.0

Managed a 6.7mile run in 1hr40mins which was fab for me0

I stumbled out of bed in a haze and made a cup of coffee. How many calories is that?? There was some bicep action going on there.0
