Four mile slow run with my enthusiastic dog. We had a blast, and in the new year we'll be training together. I hope to find some nearby dog-friendly races!0

Boot camp challenge app, and vacuuming under the computer, computer vents, baseboards of computer room and around my bed and dresser cause there's no space under there.
I have yet to do at least 4 loads of MY laundry which I'll hop on tomorrow 8).0 -

Stationary bike for 45 mins plus 15 mins of real good stretching. I've been super lazy lately, but now my brother got me a Fit Bit for Christmas.. no more excuses!!! Gonna get my rear in gear and drop this last 45 pounds! :drinker:0

I sent 39 minutes doing weight training, 15 minutes on core exercises, 17 on the stationary bike, and 10 on the elliptical.0

5 mile walk to work due to public transport being cancelled for the day...0

I cycled 12 miles in the howling Scottish highland wind.

Did 1 hour on the treadmill (walking, got to work up to the running :bigsmile: ) and then Day 2 of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. Before bed I do a short yoga session to really stretch everything out. All the deep breathing and stretching makes me sleepy. :yawn: Perfect for an insomniac!0

A one mile run followed by an hour long boxing class! Happy New Year!0

Today, I walked on my treadmill for 30 minutes at 2.8 miles per hour. I feel good. I start a new job in the morning and hope I'm not to stiff to move. My husband and me are on this journey and can't wait to see some results. Pray everyone accomplishes their goals for 2013.0

Run/walk on the treadmill. I'm up to running two minutes for every three I walk for an hour. Covered 4.69 miles including cool-down!0

60 minutes on the Cybex machine (900 calories) and then I worked my arms/back.0

Ran 4 miles at the Gym! Was nice, Hardly anyone there today!!0

Played tennis from 8pm on 12/31 and ended at 2am on 1/1...so that's about two hours for the new year. :bigsmile:0

Snow shoeing through very deep snow for 20 minutes!0

I did a 60 minute Power Yoga workout on youtube and then 33 minutes of Kettlebells at home. Here's to 2013!! Cheers! :glasses:0

40 minutes on my recumbent bike and squats with 20 pound weights. That snow is going to melt eventually, so if I ignore it, I won't have to shovel it!0
