    I worked out my legs today: squats with 125 pounds, deadlifts at 120 among other leg workouts.

    Did my first day of Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 week 1! :happy:
    I feel good....but man I was sweating and felt like I wasn't going to get through it. So... I will be happy when my strength and energy start to improve.

    Zumba, hip hop, Turbo Jam, cleaning the house, and walking the dog! :) 90 minutes and 847 calories ;)

    I did the Life Time Fitness Commitment Day 5K! It was cold but lots of fun. The rest of the day was spent eating too many carbs. LOL

    6 sets of 10-15 pull ups/chin ups
    2 sts of lawn mowers 20 lbsX25 reps
    2 sets of "Heavy pants" 20 lbs per side X 25 reps
    2 sets of bent over flys 20 lbs per side X 20 reps.

    25 reps in n outs
    15 bicycles, forward and reverse
    25 arm up in n outs
    15 hip rock n raises
    10 oblique v-ups per side
    35 mason twists...

    I restarted the P90X program.
    No wonder I can't move right now.

    I did a sponsored swim (in the freezing Irish Sea!) on New Years Day and Ive just done an aerobox class, feeling better good!

    I did a weighted hula hoop for 5 minutes (which really surprised me cause I wasn't even sure I'd be able to hula hoop!), and I ran/walked 2.36 miles in 30 minutes. I'm starting to train (WAAAAY early) for my 2nd 5K this June.

    I did an hour of Zumba, Week 2 Day 3 of C25K, and an hour and a half of bikram yoga (yes all in the same day lol) I'm exhausted, but happily so.

    Zumba for 35 mins on the 1st, followed by zumba for 24 mins, lifting for 55 mins, and running for 20 mins on the 2nd! WOO!
