    Total weight lost: Went back to school, gained about 10 lbs...So, new year, starting over! :)
    I like to run, but only outside, and do arms back and ab workouts

    Resolution: Lose and keep off 20 lbs by June; then lose 15 more by next Jan (35 lbs total!); My goal is to work out 5x/week and continue to do so once school starts.

    Working towards my fitness goal, went running in 30 degree weather yesterday just because I was feeling motivated. That's definitely a first.

    ~What is your fitness resolution for 2013? I'm going to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight that I'd worked so hard for AND complete my second half-marathon in March at the Rock N Roll Race in DC.

    Kinda failed at the lose 5 in December, but I'm in the Fab 4 Biggest Loser challenge this month, so hopefully I will see the 5 pound loss this time! I also started interval running so that should definitely help!

    I want to join in because I need lots of motivation. I will get to goal this year. I am a skinny person who has accumulated insulation. I am 68 but very active physically. Heck, age is a number marked by years lived. But, a true age is how one feels. Based on that, I am an awesome 44 year old.

    GW 130.0 (maybe lower)

    Water, veggies and lean protein (preferably legumes) is how to get to goal.

    If I lose 5 pounds a month, then I would be at goal weight in only 5 months. Even losing a pound a week would get me to goal in 5 1/2 months.

    Anything that moves your body is activity. I try to get to the gym 3-4 times per week. When weather is permitting, I walk in the park, which is also our home of sorts. I volunteer 2-3 times a week at a nursing home and try to either walk or stand the entire time I am there (burning calories).

    We can do this thing.

    Better late than never. I have not done lose 5 pounds in a month challenge since July. I have lost all motivation. I need to get it back. Hopefully this will help boost me in the right direction.

    Just for fun: What is your fitness resolution for 2013? Exercise at least three times a week on a consistent basis and incorporate more physical activity into my daily life even outside of the gym.

    I would love to lose 5 pounds per month!! Gotta start somewhere and losing 5/month it's gonna take more than a year......but right now I'm exactly where I was in January of 2012. Past time to just do it!!

    Fitness goal is to maintain a healthy weight without any exercise related injuries. Sidelined myself w/P90x injuries last fall then lost all motivation and fell off wagon.
