bumping for later! thanks to all that added recipes. I usually will just throw a whole chicken in with garlic salt and eat the breast (no skin) while the family eats the dark meat. I've also done a pork roast and then drained the excess juices in the last 30 mins and then shred and add BBQ sauce.0

I got this recipe from Allrecipe.com
Ingredients
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 2 (1 ounce) packages ranch dressing mix 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine dressing mix and bread crumbs in a plastic bag. Add chicken and shake until coated.
Place coated chicken pieces on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Serve with rice or potatoes, if desired. Rice or potatoes not included in the nutritonal data.

I would definitely try this one, but I can never get the breadcrumbs or panko to stick to the chicken in the oven. It ALWAYS comes off and doesnt brown well for me. But this sounds YUMMY!0 -
