I did wontons filled with cheesecake in a jar (a local organic dealer puts it out) with the same brand's raspberry jalapeno sauce. Super yummy.

bumping so I can refer to later!
  • I used to make crab puffs with wonton wrappers, whipped cream cheese and imitation crab.

Now I love making spinach puffs!

Just put some low fat whipped cream and a good bit of spinach in each one, leave enough room to fold the sides over. Then put them in a hot pan of oil, flip over. When they're cooked, dump onto a plate with a paper towel on top. Enjoy!

Last night I stuffed the won ton wrappers with 1/3 laughing cow. I also used WW cheese spread, jalelpeno flavored. I sprayed them with Pam and baked. They came out crispy and awesome. They were amazing. You really only need to use a 1/3 of a wedge. My son wouldnt quit eating them.LOL. But YUMMMMM

I don"t have a recipe, but I do have a question. Where can I buy won ton wrappers? I don't live in a big city, so about the only grocery stores we have are a Walmart & Kroger. Also, in what section of the store would they be found? (freezer, refrigerator, ect...) Thanks in advance!

I make crab rangoon, and they are so tasty! Adjust quantities to your own taste. This recipe will make enough for an entire package of wonton wrappers.

1 pkg. Philadelphia low fat cream cheese
10 oz crab claw meat or imitation, shredded
2 -3 scallions, green parts only, very finely chopped

Mix ingredients, then spoon into wonton wrappers. Fold on the diagonal, and seal with a bit of water. Spray both sides with non-stick spray, then bake @ 350 until puffy and light golden brown. Serve with sweet & sour sauce. Delicious as an appetizer, or with soup for a meal.

i second this. i made some not that long ago and they were really yummy
  • Bump....wow thanks for all the good recipes
