I lost my 1 pound PTL! I know it's not showing on my ticker. That is because my starting weight increased sinced I started over. I updated it. Anyway, wow, what it takes to loose a pound makes me want to be certain not to put one on again!0

I'd like to join this group too, usually I am very private about this, but it can't hurt to participate a little with others. Yes I am in. I just starting tracking my food and am meeting with a nutritionist on Friday to weigh in once a week. One pound a week would be and put me under 200 for the year of 2014.0

i'm in. i just had thyroid treatment and was about 15 lbs overweight before that. so, a slow and steady progression towards my goal would be perfect.0

I have been SLOWLY working on sending everyone either an INVITE to join GROUP or the LINK to join. I'm sorry if you have already joined and I'm sending you an invite.... I'm not taking the time to cross reference who's already in the group vs. who's not.

Great idea. Began 1/1/2013 - so far so good. Have lost 2.4 lbs. so far this year. My weigh day is Sunday. Slow and steady weight loss that is maintainable is my goal for 2013. (also to get under 200# for more than 5 minutes). Thanks everyone for the great comments. This helps us all on our journey.0

I'm trying a 1.5 a week, but would be very happy to lose 1 lb....and increase cardio indurance and strength at the same time. I would very much like to have my physician tell me that 52 lbs is too much. (My secret dream fantasy.)0
