    My 2013 goal is to get in better shape.

    Thanks to everyone who encouraged me last week when I was very down. I don't think I could have gotten through without the encouragement. I think I have gotten the swing of this. I'm down three pounds this week. Yeah!

    Week 2 sure made up for week 1. Whoo hoo!!! I am still doing the "eat more to weigh less" idea and it seems to be working for me. What I find interesting is that it has changed my outlook on my weight loss. Since I don't see a whole bunch of red on my stats, I am not beating myself up anymore and feel very positive at the end of the day. I added about 300 cals to my daily totals and while I am not eating all of them, trying to hit the magical number of 1200 stress each day is totally relieved and I am much more relaxed about what I am doing. This has changed my total outlook on things and has moved this to a lifestyle instead of a diet.

    I was wighed in at my doctor`s appointment this morning around 11am, and they weighed me in at 144...
    My scale at home may not be accurate but I will keep it's measruements.

    Jan 1st: New year, fresh start! Don't expect to lose weight till the 15th though.
    Jan 8th: Glad I remember what I put last week, haven't lost weight yet but purchased a fitbit this week which is actually giving me a good idea of just how sedentary I am and pushing me to exercise more at least ;) . Also making me realize how really close I ate to TDEE during the break. I ate ~1500 calories and my sedentary TDEE is ~1600 calories. We'll see if there is movement next week which is exactly what I'm hoping for :)
    Jan 15th: Not quite as much as I wanted, but good nonetheless
