    What is your fitness resolution for 2013? To get to 22% Body Fat

    Changed up my exercise regime this week so i'm hoping for another great loss next week! This week I'm doing spin, interval running and heavy lifting.

    1/8: 194 ( I LOST FOUR POUNDS THIS WEEK?! Must be the interval running!!! I've changed my goal to 187 as a result of this loss.)

    I am heading in the right direction. Wish it was more, but considering all of the stress eating I have done this week I am actually surprised it isn't up.

    I adjusted my goal weight. I had not realized that I put 165. I meant to put 162. I guess the fingers and mind were not in sync when I entered it.

    I have a friend doing one from one and she lost 8 pounds in 10 days. I just couldn't do it.. But she was thrilled. I can 't remember which plan she was following ..she's doing phase 2 now.

    Surpassed the 5 pounds!! Down 6.5 pounds and there's still a lot of time til the end of the month. Shooting for an 8 pound loss now! Everyone is doing so great! Keep up the hard work!!!

    > After I measured myself last week and again this week, this seems questionable. I'm down an inch and a half around the waist...... And the shirt felt a little bigger yesterday...... I accidentally stuck it in the dryer when you're not supposed to it and it felt bigger afterwards :happy: . My body is changing :happy: I can see it in the hips, theres a little fat pocket area around my hips that look bigger as you gain weight and both sides look smaller instead.
