Calories per MFP - 1470 burn around 400-450 (currently doing insanity). I generally eat back at least half of my calories so I come in between 1600-1700.0 -

I usually eat between 1200 and 1400 calories a day. I do circuit training 30 minutes a day 6 days a week. It's working for me as I've lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks as well as 3" off my waist.0 -

Calories burnt per day: 200 - 270 depending on if I'm doing high intensity cardio or strength training four times a week.

I am female, 56 years old, 5 ft. 8. I weigh 190 and my goal is 145. I do 1.5 hours a day doing various exercises. I have a lot to choose from treadmill in apt. , belong to a Fit club, do TV exercise programs. I have had Asthma since my 30s so I don't exercise outside in extreme weather. In decent weather I walk/run outside. My diet is basic, if I exercise my 1.5 hours, I get 1400 calories, otherwise it is 1300. 1200 is just not for me because I go to bed very hungry on that amount. Recent changes on upping the ante on losing is getting in that 1.5 hours of exercise plus keep moving. Last night for the first night in 10 years I did not have a midnight snack. I will do it again tonight too, skip it again. This is major for me because I have Nocturnal Eating disorder.
I am eating my 5 fruits and veggies a day even if I have to eat it out of the can on none grocery shopping days. Future goals (soon) drinking more water, cutting down on diet soda or quitting it. I am taking Flaxseed oil as of today, it helps with bathroom issues and it has a lot of good benefits. I did read where it can cause blood to thin and not to take it if you go into surgery. I only take 1000mg a day compared to the recommended 1000 3X a day. As I learn new health benefits and diet or fitness related improvements I will research and take heed.0 -

I consume about 1200- 1700 calories per day depending on whether I'm exercising or not.
Usually I burn somewhere around 300 calories per cardio workout.
I want to lose 37.5 pounds in six months and my goal is to feel good about myself and feel comfortable enough to walk at the beach without covering my tummy with my hands. Also I'm trying to stick with eating healthy 'cause it can't do me no harm.0 -

128 now
I eat 1,700 a day and loose, I exercise 6 days a week. I am happy where I am within 5 pounds, if I see 130 on the scale I add a few workouts that week and skip drink nights. 125 to 129 I am happy:) My bikini pic is at 130.
Now to maintain the loss for life:)0 -
Oh! And we have a big family, 8 kids:) I have given birth 5 times, 5 biological kiddos and 3 "heart" kiddos, adopted. We were young when we started but with so many little kids it was harder to be healthy! My last was born 2 years ago, when I started I was nursing Lucy, hence the pen name:) But with the kids slightly older it was time to get healthy to KEEP UP! I am sure other mamas can relate!!0

Started mfp about 12 days ago, did not count calories or even know what amt of calories was eating until then. I do boot camp three times a week and run 3 -4 miles 4 - 6 times a week. I have been sidelined these past two weeks with a calf injury so I have not been doing either so I have been walking the stairs (24 flights already today) and done some walking videos with hand weights.0
