Any of you guys tried or know anything about the CDK Cyclical Ketogenic Diet?
A lot of awesome results on here and I thought this would be a good place to ask my question.
Ask yourself if you can sustain it for the rest of your life. If not then it's probably not good. Also if it has the word diet in it probably not a good idea.
Eat unprocessed foods, count your calories, and fit your macros. And youll be good to go. No major diet needed.
To sustain it for life would probably not happen with me but to get to my target weight and desired BF% might be doable.
Thanks for the input!0 -
Wow, I am amazed at each and every one of you guys. I went through the entire post and I was encouraged again and again. I myself started at 307 and I am at 250 now. I am working to get below 200. Thanks so much for sharing and encouraging others.
And a special note to the guy who said he is not ashamed of his body. You should not be ashamed. You have done what few people on this planet ever succeed at. You should be proud that you have taken charge and you have done something to make your life better.0 -

HOLY *kitten*! You all are so amazing and inspiring. I work in a Bariatric and Weight Loss Clinic and my fella's are just so special to me and one of the reasons is even before the weight loss most of them are just unbelievable men and so wonderful and love life and their personalities just don't seem to change. You all continue to inspire me to keep doing my best personally and professionally! Great thread and thanks for sharing! Keep up the great work!0

Wow u R sexy lol!!0 -
BEFORE - 183lbs 1/23/2011
Plenty of body fat, couldn't do a pull-up at all, size 36-38 pants were required as well as large shirts.
RECENT - 175lbs 1/23/2013
Less body fat, I can do pull-ups galore among many other things.. I'm now contemplating trying size 30 pants if I can find any to accomodate my thighs, and I'll wear a medium shirt for modesty, small if I want to show off.0 -
bump. GORGEOUS!0
