Not sure I'd call it regret, but I could have done without the 500-ish calories I ate in fudge the other night. *shrug*0

Yes, I just ate 3 mini crackle bars:sad: What a shame, but its better to be honest about it and move forward.0

try making a smoothy with spinach 2 frozen bananas, yogurt or milk honey or sweetener and a couple drops of peppermint extract0

I'd say today's hot dog at the university... but it was soooo goooood *-* anyway, I'm not gonna live my life priving myself from food I enjoy, so.. no regrets there; I can deal with self-indulgence every once in a while I think working out a little more is better than never eating what you like.0

Only that I didn't eat it sooner0

I ate a chocolate chip cookie that I regret but only because I was told it had no nuts and turned out to be full of the one nut I am allergic to, walnuts. I ended up baking cookies with my son later and don't regret the second cookie at all0

Mini chocolate and peanut butter cheesecake. I even worked out A LOT to allow for it. Turns out my body rejected it, I've been sick for the last hour, and I wish I never would have purchased it! I should have known better, I have not had anything that sweet and that packed with refined sugars in quite awhile.0

I never regret food, that seems like a rather silly idea to me.
I just ate a pint of Ben & Jerry's Blueberry Cheesecake. Glorious.
Food is to be enjoyed, feed your soul, not just your body.0 -
Haven't eaten anything I regret recently, but I probably will on the ninth. My family is coming for a visit and mom wants to take us all out to lunch. Since I know something will probably tempt me when we go out I am planning on doing an extra half hour on my workout. Generally my worst temptations come while eating out, so I try to keep the fridge well stocked.0

I always have a cooked breakfast every Friday which is usually fine, but today I had fried bread which looked amazing, in reality it was overly oily, disgusting and not worth the calories and fat content0
