535 squat, 415 bench, 660 deadlift

New squat triple PB for me. 175kgx3 at 84kg BW.

I feel a bit wimpy posting mine after the stats above, but...
Did a couple of PRs over the last week or two:
Deadlift: 280lb (was 265)
Squats 210lb x 3 (still having problems translating that to getting higher on a single)
Bench: 135lb - (final got the big boy plates on)
OHP: 95lb - strict - this one is a struggle to increase.
Weight : 151 lb0 -

Not really a lifting PB, but I was able to prone hold for 70seconds this morning. smashed my previous 45seconds :bigsmile:

Deadlift: 100kg (220lb) -- Bodyweight.
Bench: 60kg x 4 (132lb)

2 pull ups with 2 45 lb plates hanging off a weight belt
3 X 120 lb dumbbells on flat bench
5 X 130 lb dumbbells on decline
5 X 100 lb dumbbells on incline
3 X 65 lb dumbbell alternate curls
5 X 125 lb skull crushers0 -
3 chin-ups weighed down with 115lbs
40 chins with no weight... ok... form suffered at near the end.
2 dips with weighed down with 125lb
101 push ups
Bench: 250lb
OHP: 145lb
Squat: Working on getting a rack
Deadlift: 300lb (all of my weights)

Finally getting these weak arms to do some work!
255# on the bench press today, and 80# on the incline dumbbell press.0 -
My best stuff lately pretty much has been 5x285lb dead lift, being able to rep out a set of dumbbell bench press with 80lb dumbbells, and being able to get through an eight rep set of bicep curls with 45s.0

Sure is Sara. I tried on NYE and got it about 3" off the ground. First time I haven't been able to lockout a sumo DL that I got off the ground actually.I will brag a little, I'm pretty happy!

No new PBs for me, but we worked on grip. Plate pinches, farmer's walks and reverse barbell curl. My forearms are going to hate me tomorrow!

Happened last week. Had a guy come up and tell me that my squats were "the most impressive thing he's ever seen in this gym."

Right now every workout is a new PR for me since I hadn't really touched the iron in a couple years. I don't expect to get back to my powerlifting PR's ever again but if I can get 3 plates on bench and 5 plates on squats and deads, I'll be pretty stoked. It'll take a while but I'm in no hurry.
I'm doing a 5x5 now and I did 325x5 on deads and 290x5x5 on squats the other day.
My all time PR's are:
Bench- 475 in comp, 500 in the basement, all competition style.
Squat 560 in a meet, 640 at home
Deadlift- 585 in a meet. Never pulled more than that at home.
I stopped squatting in meets and did only push/pull the last few years. My best meet total was 1050 for 2 lifts. This is all in the 45-49 year old division at anywhere from 245-255 bodyweight.0 -

PTC Deadlift comp last Saturday. 15kg PB from 220kg on NYE. HAPPY!
