    thanks for asking - my 12.5 mile run went great...i was pretty "creaky" in the knees afterwards but we did it in 2:43 averaging 13:04 per minute with 1/2 mile cool down at the end....we are pushing for a 12:30 pace of running so we can finish in under 2:45 with picture stops and a potty break...we'll get it done cause the momentum of the race and the crowd and the other runners will push us forward.....i'll be glad when it's done though...trust me on this lol...

    Well done! When is the race? Picture stops - now there's an idea!!! :bigsmile:

    2/24 is my race. Disney Princess 1/2 marathon. Must have picture stops with characters along the route. Plus I want mile marker pics again. :happy:
