    Nice one, Korich ^^ My record is 3.5km but I'm working on it!

    Today, I saw that the ticker only has EIGHT KG TO GO. Wow. I never thought that would happen. The 5 week forecast is predicting a HEALTHY bmi. So I went for an extra 20 minute walk to balance the food diary properly.
  • I had pancakes for breakfast because I missed pancake day yesterday and I only made a really small one instead of a pan sized one :D

    Couldn't be arsed to make a lunch for work so went to subway, had the brown bread, and just the meat sliced sub, with all the salad. 360 calories including sauce... done.

    I did 72 minutes of zumba and drank water instead of soda with breakfast this am.

    I bought Iced Soy Latte instead of International Delights iced coffee, which is what I would normally buy....and the iced soy latte is pretty yummy!

    - Did my Stronglifts 5x5 workout

    - Did my planned cardio/hiit sesh too!

    - Didn't get down about my SEVERE period bloat making me look 6 months pregnant!! haha

    - Drank lots of fluid, and ate all healthy!
  • Sticking to my 5k traning even though I doubted myself I pushed past that and kept moving!

    Some of you people are amazing - huge weight losses - you have shown perseverance and self-belief to achieve all that.

    I'm struggling to lose just one stone (14 pounds) - I keep getting stuck at 142 pounds and can't seem to break the barrier.

    Anyway, what I did well today was an 8-mile run in the hills in the snow (I live in the Lake District). It's still snowing now. And I DIDN'T have any croissants that the husband and kids have just been munching. So that's two things.

    Well yesterday, seeing today has only just started.

    There was cakes and chocolates and pancakes for free at work yesterday and I resisted them all! :)

  • I ate cereal for breakfast instead of pop tarts. (Hell for a pregnant woman).

    I am on day 3 of not eating chocolate...I'm trying to last a whole week without it (I've been over-indulging in chocolate recently!) :bigsmile:

    We have a rotating breakfast goodies schedule for our weekly staff meeting. Today was my turn. I brought store-bought bakery muffins and cuties (clementines). I skipped the muffin (460 cals) and had oatmeal and cuties while my coworkers ate the muffins. :smile:
