I bought Iced Soy Latte instead of International Delights iced coffee, which is what I would normally buy....and the iced soy latte is pretty yummy!0

- Did my Stronglifts 5x5 workout
- Did my planned cardio/hiit sesh too!
- Didn't get down about my SEVERE period bloat making me look 6 months pregnant!! haha
- Drank lots of fluid, and ate all healthy!0 -
Sticking to my 5k traning even though I doubted myself I pushed past that and kept moving!0

Some of you people are amazing - huge weight losses - you have shown perseverance and self-belief to achieve all that.
I'm struggling to lose just one stone (14 pounds) - I keep getting stuck at 142 pounds and can't seem to break the barrier.
Anyway, what I did well today was an 8-mile run in the hills in the snow (I live in the Lake District). It's still snowing now. And I DIDN'T have any croissants that the husband and kids have just been munching. So that's two things.

Well yesterday, seeing today has only just started.

We have a rotating breakfast goodies schedule for our weekly staff meeting. Today was my turn. I brought store-bought bakery muffins and cuties (clementines). I skipped the muffin (460 cals) and had oatmeal and cuties while my coworkers ate the muffins.0
